At Caravan Hotel by EHM, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling reservations made through our website.

Reservation Cancellations

Standard Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

Non-Refundable Reservations: For reservations marked as non-refundable, the full amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued in the case of cancellation or no-show.

Refund Process

Full Refund: For eligible cancellations made within the required timeframe, a full refund will be processed, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Partial Refund: For cancellations that fall outside the full refund policy, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative or processing fees.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the refund method will be the same as the original payment.

No-Show Policy

If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date and has not informed the hotel in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

If you check out before your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the full stay, depending on the terms of your reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

Group Bookings
